A typical houseboat dvd instructional video.

We have just purchased a houseboat and would like to find a video or a book that has instructions for driving, docking, anchoring, storm safety etc so that it can used by everyone who takes the boat out - is there anything on the market anywhere, I have not been able to find one.

Saved us thousands and many headaches.

Thank you, because after watching some of the boat buying dvd's, we were able to confidently go ahead and buy our first houseboat. We bought a used 37 ft Gibson houseboat here in Tennessee.

At the beginning, we had so many questions that held us back, and the dvd's helped us to visualize the complete process involved in buying our houseboat, and we're so glad we did, since it saved us plenty of money and time.

We were able to say no to some houseboats that would have been filled with problems, headaches, and wasted money.

We now have to purchase some of the docking, anchoring, maintenance and navigating dvds, but we now have a better idea of the information that we need.

Great houseboat training videos and dvd's for docking

Hello everyone, I just wanted to say that the educational training dvd's helped immensely with our houseboat driving and docking skills.

My wife was always hesitant and anxious when we would take out the houseboat in windy conditions. After viewing some of the video's we now have a much more confident attitude when coming back to the dock, and now rarely need help or assistance.

Thanks again for pointing us toward these great dvd's and I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their skills.
