We value your business and support, and we do want you to be satisfied. We strive to be fair and have no choice, but to implement some basic terms and conditions in order to be able to continue to offer rock bottom prices.
Free shipping is available only for the 48 US states (not available for Sponsor Products). We only ship to the lower 48 US states, and we do not ship to Canada or other international countries or locations. The majority of our products benefit from free shipping, however some large or overweight items may require an additional reasonable shipping fee, and you may see any "extra surcharge" shipping amount before placing your order (or our Customer Service department will email you).
Shipping of Orders:
Orders with "in-stock" items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from payment date. Unfortunately there are no orders that are shipped on holidays or weekends.
Note: FREE SHIPPING is not "express or overnight shipping", so please allow at least a minimum @ 5-7 business days for standard delivery.
The product warranty is covered by the manufacturer/distributor. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the product to the manufacturer/distributor for warranty coverage.
If an item is subject to a manufacturer's delay, a Customer Service Representative will notify you.
Some items shipped directly from the supplier/manufacturer are billed at the time of order and sometimes incur an additional service fee imposed by the supplier. Shipping charges from the supplier's location may apply for these drop-shipped items. A Customer Service rep will contact you should this be needed.
Pricing And Availability:
Please note that prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without notice. Certain products may be withdrawn from sale at any time or may not be continuously in inventory. Check online for the most current pricing and availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order and do a refund.
We have a 14 day return policy and want you to be a satisfied customer, and we need your help to maintain our low prices, and on-hand inventory. We have a 20% restocking fee on returns, unless it is a manufacturing defect. Merchandise to be returned must be in the original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by contacting our Webstore Dept at our Contact Us link
. The returned product must be received within 14 days of customer order receipt.
Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories.
Write the RMA number clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the package.
Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.), with the appropriate insurance. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inflatable boats, outboard motors, life rafts, trailers, opened software, programmed transponders, cut goods, products with a broken seal, unlock codes for software, specially ordered items, and gift certificates are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days for resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns older than 14 days.
Except as noted above, products in the original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 14 days for a full exchange or refund of merchandise price (less the restocking fee).
