They say that "giving birth" is worse than passing kidney stones, which I also passed in the last year while writing this ebook. All I can say, I'm really glad that "both" are over (the stones, and the ebook).

The stones took a weekend to pass, but the eBook took over a year of hard work. I now know the meaning of "writers block", and am humbled to say that I am now a "publisher"... :)
