Each line includes a professionally spliced stainless steel thimble to allow for easy attachment to your anchor or chain although the line can also be easily spliced to chain.

Selecting the Right Anchor Line
One of the most popular rules of thumb when selecting an anchor line size is to have 1/8" of anchor line diameter for every 9' of boat. In other words, 3/8" anchor line would be suitable for most boats up to 27'. Appropriate sizing may vary depending on boat type, anchoring conditions, and other factors.
