The purpose of the sump pump drain kit is to allow the shower water to drain when showering. The shower drain empties into the shower box which causes the bilge float to activate, which causes the bilge pump to send the water overboard, and the pump stops when the float reaches the lower (empty) level.

This product is 100% brand new and comes with a 750 GPH pump with Built-in Automatic Float Switch. It is a fully submersible electric pump designed to pump shower/sink water overboard or into holding tank.

Clear snap-on cover for easy access and cleaning, with gasket seal. The removable mesh filter allows for easy cleaning. It is easy to install and replaces popular units like most Attwood/ Johnson/ Rule footprints.

The unit is ignition protected, and has a check valve on the outlet. The outlet discharge hose size is 3/4". It has multiple "inlet port" sizes in the same unit to fit the following diameters: 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/2".

The tight fitting lid to minimize splashing and odors, and handles waste water from more than one tapping point.
