I am looking for a houseboat transport company that can move house boats in the Texas area. I need to find someone to move a houseboat for me from Lake Travis, TX to Canyon Lake, TX

I have to second what Ian has said, Uship is a great way to get some competitive bids. If you have never moved a houseboat, get ready for sticker shock.

I am here in Iowa where a lot of the boats are transported in. We have all averaged $ 12-15.00 a mile when we have had them shipped.

Good luck on the move and hope you keep the forum posted, we'll be curious about how things went.
