Houseboat Sunsets - it's all about the sunset on house boats.

Great houseboat moments have to include great sunsets. We have been on the lake for 14 years on other peoples and our own boat.

This year we decided to buy our own houseboat. Probably wasn’t as much of a shock to us as it would be to someone who had never lived the life before.

We keep it simple and try to remember why we bought the boat in the 1st place. So many people get too wrapped up in planning for big weekends and cooking they forget about having a good time.

We stock the easy stuff, cold cuts, breakfast sandwiches and small size snacks that the kids can fix themselves.

Boat maintenance and cleaning goes to lunch, and then the party starts and last till sunset each night.

Well Dean, thanks for sending in that great sunset photo from your houseboat. It is amazing how beautiful and peaceful a sunset can be, and it has the same effect wherever in the world you happen to be.

I am sure that there is plenty of folks that have taken some great sunset pictures still in their digital cameras. Houseboats are a great place to take them from :)
