Houseboat rental vacations are great family getaways.

This was our first houseboat vacation at Jamestown Marina and it was amazing. Four families and we all want to return again next year! We were concerned that some may get bored, but no one was bored. The youngest were 12, and they had a blast. There was some beautiful scenery and also very relaxing.

We had a great time and can't wait for next year!

It always pleases me to hear from folks who take their first family houseboat holidays together, and afterwards they realize that it was utterly an amazing vacation and they are looking forward to "next year"... :)

I find that adults and kids very very rarely get bored on a houseboat as there is always something to do, watch, play, or just totally relax.
