Exterior Fiberglass Houseboat Bars for House Boats
Where to find any exterior fiberglass houseboat bars for roof decks on house boats? It would be a really great addition for entertaining guests and friends.
I have a 1981, 15 x 62 Sumerset houseboat, and wonder where can I find information on installing a fiberglass bar on my roof deck and mount it so it stays secure. It would be nice to have something on the top deck to serve drinks and such.
I have a 23x13 foot party top, and would like to find something I could mount up there for entertaining.
Thanks for all your help, Phil.

Well Phil, welcome to the houseboat forums, and congratulations on your idea on having a fiberglass bar up on the roof deck for entertaining. I am sure that you will get great use out of it :)
The best place that I can think of for getting different styles and sizes of fiberglass exterior bars for houseboats would be:
www.fiberglassconceptsinc.com/Bars.html
They have quite a few models, some with sinks, refrigerators, ice makers, doors, and there's also a wide variety of counter colors to match any decor. They will be able to also give you the information on the different methods of installation.
If you do decide to install a fiberglass bar, do take a "before and after" picture, and share it with us here, as I am sure that many other houseboaters are contemplating the same addition and upgrade.
Lastly, hopefully some of our readers will share and post comments about their fiberglass houseboat bar experiences and installations. Feel free to use the "Click here to post comments." link found near the bottom of this page.
