Best place to find houseboat parts and accessories

We're refurbishing our Burnscraft Houseboat and need to find houseboat Accessories and Parts for it. Where can you find them?

I need information about ladders, to upper decks. We are making our 1971 Burnscraft into a cottage style. Gas has gone up it's so expensive to run, we decided to central heat and air, and take the engines out. But to our surprise you have to have an engine of some sort to be considered a boat. Insurance...

So back to plan B.
But need to know about accessories and parts for
houseboat..., had new toilet put in..., what about light fixtures...
Thank you....
PS: Just had new bottom put on, plus back rear end...

Annie, congratulations on your decision to refurbish your 1971 Burnscraft. It's a great project since they're an excellent classic houseboat.
